On October 28, 2018, a Greek Extremist named Kostandios Kacifas opened fire on the State Police, damaging a car. Barrage on the police, terrorized Gjirokastra, RENEA kills the extremist Greek soldier. He finished his coffee and headed north to the village. Kacifas was wearing a spotted hunter's uniform, with a cane in his hand, and then he shot at the car. He is suspected of having mental problems, while he is known as a problematic person in the village.
