RapDev

[edit]

The company was established with the vision of becoming a leading consulting firm specializing in DevOps, monitoring, and ServiceNow integrations and moved towards developing software or mobile apps faster through a combination of proprietary tools as well[6]. Leveraging Tameem's extensive experience and insights into rapid software development methodologies, RapDev.io quickly carved out a niche for itself in the tech industry. In 2024, RapDev won it's third consecutive DataDog Partner of the Year from the DataDog Partner Network (DPN) as well as the DPN Marketplace Partner of the Year[7]. The DPN award winners were chosen based on the partners' revenue contribution and growth, product and service expansion, and their proven commitment to providing their customers with the innovation, services, and support needed to build and scale their businesses.[8] RapDev was selected as the DPN Partner of the Year– North America because of its commitment to innovation in go-to-market activities with DataDog. Over the past year, RapDev expanded its DataDog-specific teams, extended its presence internationally, and expanded its reach to include US Public Sector customers. As well as the awards from DPN the company has also landed in second place in 2024’s Boston Business Journal's (BBJ) Fast 50 list of the fastest-growing private companies.[9] Away from all the awards and accolades RepDev has acquired over the years, Tameem credits the companies success to the people involved in the company, although he wants to hire "engineers, engineers, engineers" he values the consulting aspect of the job just as much as the technical aspect stating that "consulting is a skill in itself which people tend to neglect".[10]

In April 2024 RapDev was awarded its first patent for CSDM as code, a configuration management tool tailored for Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments. With this milestone, RapDev marks its commitment to furthering the engineering development landscape within the ServiceNow ecosystem.[11]
