T. Bailey Lee (August 10, 1873 − March 1, 1948) was a justice of the Idaho Supreme Court from 1926 to 1933, serving as chief justice from 1931 to 1932. He received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in the 1890s.
Born in Mocksville, North Carolina.
He was defeated for reelection by Edwin M. Holden, in an anti-incumbent wave spurred by the Great Depression.[1]
