Syed Baser Shueb is an Emirati business executive who serves as the CEO and Managing Director of International Holding Company (IHC), one of the largest conglomerates in the United Arab Emirates^[1]. He also holds the position of CEO and Managing Director at PAL Cooling Holding.

Career

Shueb has played a significant role in the growth and transformation of IHC since joining the company. Under his leadership, IHC has expanded its portfolio across multiple sectors including real estate, healthcare, food and agriculture, and utilities. The company has become one of the largest companies listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) by market value.[1]

Prior to his role at IHC, Shueb held various senior positions in the UAE's corporate sector, particularly in the fields of district cooling and facilities management.
