Stephen B. Creswell is a history professor and author in the United States. He is a professor of history at West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, West Virginia.

He co-authored an entomological article, "Rediscovery of the Florida scorpionfly" (Panorpa floridana) and has website with photos of North and South American insects at http://www.americaninsects.net.[1]
