  • Comment: Interviews and other primary sources do not establish notability, nor does churnalism.
Note also that notability is not inherited, so even if some things this person has worked on are notable, that doesn't automatically make him notable.
The whole thing has a very promotional feel to it.

Early Life and Education

[edit]

Saurabh Nimsarkar was born in Nagpur, India. He developed an early interest in design, beginning with sketching landscapes and small creatures.[2] Nimsarkar pursued engineering at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, specializing in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. However, finding this field unsatisfying, he later transitioned to design, earning a Master's degree in Mobility and Vehicle Design from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, followed by a Master's degree in Transportation Design from ArtCenter College of Design, Pasadena.[3]

Career

[edit]

Nimsarkar has worked in various roles within the field of transportation and product design. He is currently employed at Wisk Aero LLC, where he contributes to the design of autonomous air taxis, focusing on enhancing urban mobility through air transportation.[1] The design emphasizes safety, incorporating human supervision for added security.

His previous professional experiences include collaborations with companies and organizations such as Godrej and Boyce, Honda R&D Americas, Kitty Hawk, the Mayor’s Office of Los Angeles, Urban Movement Labs, and Michael Neumayr Design. His work has encompassed various aspects of transportation and product design.[4]
