Early Life

At this writing November 2024, Ryin Miller is currently a Junior in high school at Topeka Seaman in Topeka, Ks. She has been an avid athlete most of her life beginning with soccer and basketball at a young age. Soccer was always her preferred sport with basketball coming in second. Early in her life Ryin knew she wanted to be successful in the sporting world and she wanted to take it as far as she could, up to and including a professional career. She has always been driven and extremely focused with anything she does in life, especially sports and her education. As Ryin grew into her early middle and high school years her focus on soccer increased over her commitment on basketball even though she still gave 100% effort on the basketball court. In her quest to become a more efficient and effective soccer player between the goalposts she started participating in cross country and track to increase her stamina and her physical fitness level.

Ryin's first years of competing in track and cross country found her with a moderate amount of success and she realized she enjoyed these "new to her" sports more than she had anticipated. Ryin began to train more on gaining strength, speed, and endurance to elevate her running game. During this new type of training, she started to research fueling the human body and the nutrition required to perform at peak levels. Again, she is very focused with this research and applied it directly to herself to increase her ability to train more effectively, and to make gains with her own body and fitness level.

As Ryin moves into and through her high school years this research of food science nutrition and applying it to herself is paying off with great dividends as she has become a world class runner with acknowledgement at National levels. Currently several Division 1 colleges are directly recruiting her and competing for her attendance to their schools. She also has a NIL (Name Image Likeness) deal with a major company.
