Rugby league is a minor team sport in Poland. It has been played in Poland since 2011[1]. The first domestic championships started in 2017 and the first international match was played in 2018. Polska Rugby XIII is the governing body of polish rugby league. It has observer status in European Rugby League and International Rugby League[2].

The oldest and the most decorated polish team is named Sroki Łódź. This club played in every season and every final match of polish championships and wins 3 times[3].

National competitions

Polish Rugby League Championship (pol. Mistrzostwa Polski w rugby league) is the main national competition in polish rugby league. The first season was played back in 2017, but since 2022 it is played annually as a double round robin league ended with the grand final. Each year competes 3 to 4 teams.

Polish Rugby 9s Cup (pol. Puchar Polski Rugby 9s) is the preseason tournament played in Poland.
