Rosemond Engineering, Management, and Investment Company (EMI) is an Iranian holding company established in 2007 and headquartered in Tehran, Iran.   • Sepehr Rosemond Engineering & Construction Co. (SERECO) – specializing in the execution of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) projects in the oil and gas, petrochemical, civil, and infrastructure sectors. Its core activities include project management consultancy (PMC), construction and installation supervision, and procurement services. SERECO also undertakes projects such as onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities, ports, bridges, roads, and other civil infrastructure, along with tender management and contract services.[9]

NSQ’s core activities include the execution of EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning) projects, offshore installation, vessel fabrication, and subsea pipeline coating.[13][14]
  • Day Pharmaceutical Co. – located in Meibod, Yazd Province. The company was established to align with national policies aimed at job creation, technology transfer, localization of pharmaceutical production, and the expansion of domestic manufacturing capabilities. It focuses on self-sufficiency in drug production and the development of new technologies. In its initial phase, the company specialized in producing chemical and biological drugs, particularly through the manufacture of pre-filled syringes (PFS) and injectable liquid vials.[15]
  • Forozan Kharg Gas Liquefaction Co. – The company focuses on methanol production and the liquefaction of methane and ethane gases.
