Draft:RocketCake
Submission declined on 22 August 2024 by GrabUp (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of web content). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

RocketCake is a WYSIWYG editor for creating websites, in particular using responsive web design, which has been released for macOS and Microsoft Windows. The program enables beginners and professionals to create and publish websites without programming..[1][2] Functionality such as video players, galleries, contact forms and animated slideshows can be assembled into websites using the software.
The editor automatically generates W3C standard-compliant HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript code. It was created using C++ and the WxWidgets tool library, which makes it cross-platform and runs on macOS and Microsoft Windows[3]
Web pages are saved locally in a proprietary file format and then saved to disk when published using integrated FTP clients or local export.
Professional edition
[edit]RocketCake is free, but there is also a paid professional version that offers support for custom CSS, HTML, PHP or JavaScript code as well as custom breakpoints and advanced customer support.[4]
Support
[edit]Ambiera has an online support forum where users can exchange experiences and employees post answers to questions.[5]
Reception
[edit]A Softpedia article on RocketCake found the software was user-friendly, and straightforward to use.[6]
