Robert N. Owens was a lawyer in St. Louis, Missouri.

He was a Farmer-Workers nominee for a congressional seat held by Republican Dyer.[1] He criticized both major parties in the United States.[2]

In 1934 he wrote to St. Louis mayor Bernard F. Dickmann.[3]
