Richard Tilghman Earle (June 23, 1767 – November 8, 1843) was a justice of the Maryland Court of Appeals from 1809 to 1834.

Earle was appointed to the court of appeals May 20, 1809, to succeed Judge James Tilghman, deceased.[1]

Earle resigned June 6, 1834.[1]

Earle died at the age of 76.
