The Renegade Project is an open-source initiative aimed at enabling the installation and booting of ARM64 versions of Windows 10 and Windows 11 on a variety of Android devices. This project primarily targets mobile devices powered by some of the Qualcomm Snapdragon SoCs, providing a usable EDK2 UEFI environment for these devices.[1]
Overview

This involves compiling a TianoCore EDK II image on top of the bootloader of the target smartphone.[2] The project offers precompiled binaries for select devices, which can be found in the Releases section of the project's GitHub repository.[3]
Installation Process
