Ranjan Ojha
[edit]Ranjan Ojha is a Nepalese social entrepreneur, educator, and political figure known for his work in promoting social and cultural entrepreneurship. He is the founder of the Nepal Music Festival, a non-profit organization that engages youth volunteers in cultural and social initiatives, and the Nepal School of Entrepreneurship (NSE), an educational institution providing programs in leadership, business, and entrepreneurial education.
Ojha is also an advisory board member of MICollaboratory, a France-based non-profit organization focused on social innovation in marginalized communities. In addition to his work in education and social entrepreneurship, Ojha is active in politics as a member of the Nepali Congress and serves as vice-president of the Non-Governmental and Social Work Board in Koshi Province.
Early Life and Education
[edit]Ranjan Ojha spent over a decade in Denmark pursuing higher education in business and leadership. He earned an Academy Profession Degree in Leadership and Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management, and a Master’s in International Business and Management. Ojha also attended courses in International Development Studies as a guest student, which shaped his focus on societal development through education and entrepreneurship.
Career

[edit]Ojha established the Nepal School of Entrepreneurship (NSE) in 2016 to provide hands-on learning and training in entrepreneurship and leadership. The school collaborates with global and local partners to deliver programs tailored to emerging markets. Ojha also co-founded the Nepal School of Applied Management (NSAM), which offers specialized courses in business and management.
Nepal Music Festival
[edit]In 2012, Ojha founded the Nepal Music Festival, an annual event that highlights Nepalese culture and music while fostering social cohesion and community engagement. The festival mobilizes hundreds of youth volunteers who take leadership roles in organizing and executing the event. Beyond entertainment, the festival aims to promote sustainability and cultural dialogue.
Social And Political Engagement
[edit]Ojha serves as the president of the BP Aadhyan Pratishan Nepal in Morang and Schengen, Europe. He is actively involved in promoting entrepreneurship advocacy, mentoring young leaders, and advising community organizations. As a member of the Nepali Congress, Ojha works to integrate entrepreneurial principles into local governance and development initiatives.
MICollaboratory
[edit]Ojha is a board member of MICollaboratory, a French organization that accelerates social innovation for youth in developing economies. Through this role, he supports marginalized communities by fostering cross-cultural collaborations and innovative solutions.
