Ramneek Wayne[1], originally from India, migrated to New Zealand in 2010 as a young adult. Tee Care Agency

In 2022, Ramneek Wayne[6] founded Tee Care Agency[7], a Melbourne-based organization dedicated to providing essential services to individuals living with disabilities. Tee Care Agency[8] was born out of Wayne’s observations of gaps in the sector, particularly around proper support and access for those with disabilities.

North Foundation[9]

In 2024, Wayne[10] launched the North Foundation[11], which has quickly established itself in the sector. Notably, the organization[12] has been recognized as a finalist for the 'Most Outstanding Support Worker[13]' category at the Australian Disability Service Awards.
