The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) is a state-level organization established by the Government of Rajasthan in 2014. RSMSSB was established on January 29, 2014, under the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India. The formation of the board was part of the Rajasthan government’s efforts to centralize and standardize the recruitment process for state-level positions. The board's creation was officially notified through government notification No.F.8(7)DOP/A-II/2008 .

The RSMSSB is overseen by a Chairperson appointed by the Government of Rajasthan.
