- 100 King William Street, Adelaide, SA - A commercial property with 18,555 sqm of office space, acquired in 2021.[16]
- Port Adelaide Distribution Centre, Gillman, SA - Large industrial site with 167,485 sqm, acquired in 2019.[17][18] [19]
Other properties include 117 Grindle Road in Queensland and 30 Pirie Street in Adelaide, both of which were acquired under Master Fund 2.[20][21]
Environmental, social, and governance

Technology and innovation
[edit]Quintessential launched the QApp as a tenant management platform, initially deployed at 3 Richardson Place. The app allows tenants to submit maintenance requests, book amenities, and receive updates on property news and events.
