A Quazi Spin Fluid Sig State was first discovered by Joseph Sigma in the 1940s
A Quazi Spin Fluid State is any state with unbound particles only restricted to magnetized air molecules.
It was recently discovered that These could be used to develop new weapons that track onto metal surfaces such as tank and helicopters using these.
You can create one by getting a nuclear particle (Such as uranium) and split it's atoms with nuclear fissure, This will create high heats but if they can be magnetized and dropped to nearly absolute zero in exactly 0.98268 Miliseconds or less you will create a Quazi Spin Fluid Sig State.
They can be observed and look light a very bright purple light with a high density making you feel a slight pull towards it.
It is still hyptothetical but they may be possible in the near future.
