Powell Homes and Shelters

Powell Homes and Shelters Limited is a Nigerian real estate company established in 2020 by Chibuike Emmanuel Onyekachi[1]. Specializing in residential and commercial property development, the company operates across several Nigerian cities, including Enugu, Awka, Owerri, and Aba. The company's work presses on sustainable practices in architectural design.

In 2022, Nollywood actress Patience Ozokwo[2] became the brand ambassador for Powell Homes, an arrangement intended to enhance the company’s visibility. In 2024, the company received the Best Real Estate Company award[3] from Progressive Frontiers for its innovation[4] in project development and commitment[5] to customer satisfaction.

Powell Homes also engages in philanthropic initiatives through a foundation led by its founder, which has provided eye care support for the elderly[6] and offers scholarships to Nigerian students.
