From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Piers Stubbs is a successful young British actor. At the age of eight, Piers landed his first role at the Royal Shakespeare Company as William Page in The Merry Wives of Windsor at the historic Old Vic in London's West End. Other lead roles in London's West End productions followed, include playing Gavroche in Les Miserables, Reigate in Voyage Around My Father and his biggest part when he was cast in the role of Kurt after 9,000 children lined the streets of London to audition for Andrew Lloyd Webber's production of The Sound Of Music at the London Palladium.[1] Piers and the cast of The Sound of Music also performed to Prince Charles at The Royal Variety Show and was one of a select few to record the Sound of Music album. Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber then handpicked Piers as the lucky actor to have his life followed on the renowned BBC television program Blue Peter. He later starred in the award winning production of Macbeth alongside Patrick Stewart.

Piers has done numerous voice-overs for the BBC. He won the lead role of Leo in the popular animated TV series Little Einsteins[2] and went on to voice the character of Young Moha in the blockbuster film 10,000 BC.

Piers was cast in the role of Eli/Liquid starring opposite Kiefer Sutherland in the blockbuster video game franchise Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, for which he received a BTVA Video Game Voice Acting Award nomination for his body/facial capture and voice work performance.[3]

He has guest starred on the TV series Oscar and Michael's Phineas and Ferb, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.[4], American Horror Story and Days of Our Lives.

Piers joined Usher in Justin Simien's film Bad Hair which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was released on Hulu.

Piers frequently travels internationally for work on television and in movies.
