Submission declined on 29 October 2024 by Paul W (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: Corporate CV-type article which fails to meet WP:GNG notability criteria. Needs expansion and more references - ideally significant coverage in independent, secondary sources with reputations for accuracy and fact-checking. The Real Deal sources looks OK, but is routine industry reporting. The 911 Memorial piece looks like a corporate profile prepared by the subject, and a news release is not a reliable source. Peter Lehrer is an American construction industry executive and entrepreneur involved in the management of construction for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including several high-profile buildings in Manhattan, New York.
