[Jose Filion Jr.] (2003–) known professionally as Pepe Dadon is an artist, songwriter, engineer, mogul known for expanding sound beyond limitation creating flows, vibes and rhythmic lyrics to various styles and genres. Mainly known to rap but has been featured and shined light upon alternative and R&B music.[1]

Born January 18th, 2003 known professionally as [Pepe Dadon] is an rapper, songwriter, and emerging artist known for his distinctive blend of gritty street narratives, introspective lyrics, and energetic delivery. Representing the Brooklyn/Queens hip-hop scene, Dadon is gaining recognition for his unique style, which combines traditional East Coast rap influences with modern trap elements and melodies. Pepe was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Growing up in the diverse and culturally rich borough, Pepe was exposed to a wide range of musical genres, but hip-hop quickly became his primary focus. Inspired by legendary figures in rap, Pepe began writing and recording his own music in his teenage years, experimenting with various beats and flows.

On January 18th, 2022, Pepe released his first major project, [My Side of the Story], which showcased his versatility as an artist. The project featured collaborations with local Brooklyn talent, and some tracks gained significant traction in regional rap scenes. It was praised for its "authentic New York sound" and "raw energy," drawing comparisons to other emerging artists. This Project solodified the artist fan base in correlation to a run on singles dropping after.

Songwriting has been predominantly the focus as Pepe pushes through higher education planning to release more as an artist towards the end of that period. Working on other artist vision through creative process and engineering has helped Pepe gain relationships beyond the city of New York.[3]
