PebbleCreek is a master-planned, age-restricted community located in the city of Goodyear, Arizona, within Maricopa County. The community spans nearly 2,300 acres and construction began in 1993 by real estate developer Robson Communities, Inc.[1] At full build out, the community plans to have more than 6,000 homes.[2]
Location
[edit]Goodyear, Arizona ranked #1 in 2024 as a retirement hot spot in America with the largest percentage increase of retirement age people living there.[3] The west side of the PebbleCreek community is adjacent to the Arizona State Route 303, which connects to the I-10. The community is approximately 25 miles west of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Community

[edit]In 2015, PebbleCreek hosted the inaugural DesertFest event for the Robson Resort Communities, Inc.[17] DesertFest is a one-day music, food and wine, and local and national vendor fair. The community also hosted the 2018 and 2020 DesertFest event.[18] [19]
