Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 disappeared on March 8, 2014, while en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. It lost contact with air traffic control and deviated from its planned path, flying over the Indian Ocean. Despite extensive searches, the main wreckage was never found, and its fate remains unknown. Debris later confirmed to be from MH370 washed ashore in the western Indian Ocean, suggesting it crashed into the sea.
