If you need help editing or submitting your draft, please ask us a question at the AfC Help Desk or get live help from experienced editors. These venues are only for help with editing and the submission process, not to get reviews.
If you need feedback on your draft, or if the review is taking a lot of time, you can try asking for help on the talk page of a relevant WikiProject. Some WikiProjects are more active than others so a speedy reply is not guaranteed.

The Out d'or is an annual ceremony organized in France by the Association of LGBT Journalists since 2017. This event rewards media initiatives that allow the visibility of LGBT issues.

Out d'or 2017

The first edition was held on June 29, 2017 at the Maison des Métallos in Paris. Organized by the AJL, it rewarded media and personalities for their role in addressing LGBT issues and people. This is the first event of this type held in France.

Among the nine awards, four recognize the media, four recognize commitments, and one recognizes the "personality of the year." In this last category, Muriel Robin, Louis-Georges Tin, Thomas Beatie, Vincent Dedienne, Adrián De La Vega, Océan, and Virginie Despentes were nominated. The editorial staff of the LCI channel expressed its "honor to be nominated" with a survey conducted on adoption by homosexual couples.

Presenters included activist Rokhaya Diallo, artist Bambi, footballer Lilian Thuram, former minister Roselyne Bachelot, and journalists Daphné Bürki and Claire Chazal.During the evening, TF1 host Christophe Beaugrand spoke about the homophobic messages he received after coming out.
