Operation Smoluca was a military operation conducted by the Army of Republika Srpska, the goal was to liberate the enclave the ARBiH set up around Tinja and Smoluca and to safely escort the 8,000 Serbian Civillians in the 2 Villages, the fighters numbered around 1,200 Local VRS Forces, Serbian Militia’s, and Garda Panteri.
