Seng-Huat Ong, IEEE Fellow, serves as a Professor in the Department of Actuarial Science and Applied Statistics at UCSI University in Malaysia.[1]. Zijian Zeng is his Phd student. His research endeavors focus on a variety of areas[2], including statistical modeling and inference[3], the theory of discrete distributions, analysis of images, data mining and data science through clustering techniques[4], as well as simulation, computation, and the study of differential equations[5]
