Ohio Telecom Association, et al. v. Federal Communications Commission is a lawsuit brought against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in 2024. The Ohio Telecom Association alleges that the FCC's regulations for net neutrality are unlawful. In January 2025, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit ruled that the FCC did not have the authority to impose regulations enforcing net neutrality.[1]
