Nico Cary (born 12 January 1988) is a British entrepreneur and endurance sports enthusiast known for his involvement in various successful tech ventures and his passion for athletic challenges. Cary co-founded PassEntry and the sports social network Sportlobster and has held key positions in the influencer marketing industry, including Chief Operating Officer of Influentially, a TikTok influencer agency.[1]

Cary was educated at Wellington College in Berkshire, where he developed an early interest in technology and innovation. He later pursued several tech initiatives, culminating in founding successful ventures across digital marketing and social networking.

Cary's first major entrepreneurial project was Sportlobster, a social network aimed at sports fans, where he served as the chief architect, contributing to its rapid growth.[2] In recent years, Cary also became the COO of Influentially, an agency focused on TikTok influencer talent, and has held technical and leadership roles, including co-founder at PassEntry.

Athletic Achievements

Beyond his business career, Cary is a committed endurance athlete. He has completed multiple full Ironman triathlons and holds the record for longest distance cycled on a Penny-farthing from London to the French Alps in January 2017.[3] Additionally, he has raised over £14,000 for Movember UK by completing three consecutive marathons.

Family Background

Cary is the son of Chris Cary, a noted figure in British offshore radio, known for his work on Radio Caroline and Radio Nova. His mother is Sybil Fennell, who also had a career in broadcasting with Ireland's Radio Nova and LBC.[4]
