New Duncan Imperials or "NDI" as they are commonly referred to by fans, is an American pop-punk band based out of Chicago, Illinois. The band was formed in 1989 by former Northern Illinois University classmates Kenn Goodman (bass), Rick Mosher (vocals, guitar), and John Smith (drums) as an off-shoot to their Garage rock group, The Service.
