Nekoda Garrett is an Australian actress and dancer, known for her significant contributions to both ballet and acting. Born on the Gold Coast, Australia, she began ballet training at age four at the Katherine Maddock Dance School, continuing her studies at the Ransley Academy and Dance Academy. Recognised for her exceptional talent, Garrett received full scholarships to the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne and the Australian Ballet School.[1]
Her professional dance career took off in Europe where she performed with the Theatre Basel Balletschule in Switzerland, graduating with honours. She expanded her career into the UK with the New English Contemporary Ballet Company. Transitioning into acting, Garrett trained under renowned coach Mel Churcher, receiving acclaim for her versatility and natural acting style in various roles.[2]
Garrett is also noted in the film industry, working on high-profile projects including a forthcoming film directed by James Crow. She has collaborated with director Gil Junger, famous for "10 Things I Hate About You", and has been praised for her performance abilities.[3]
In addition to her performing arts career, Garrett maintains a strong presence on social media, engaging over 270,000 followers.[4] She is represented by the UK agencies David Hahn Associates & Celeb Agents.[5]
