Nathuram Godse Must Die is a play that explores one of the most controversial and debated events in Indian history – the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi by Nathuram Godse. Presented by Paritosh Painter and produced by Sejal Dipak Painter, this English adaptation is written and directed by Bharat Dabholkar. It is based on the Marathi play

Me Nathuram Godse Boltoy, written by Prakash Dalvi and inspired by Gopal Godse's book May It Please Your Honour.

The play explores the events and motivations behind Gandhi's assassination, drawing from actual court records and historical documents.

Cast

Vikas Patil portrays Nathuram Godse, while Anant Mahadevan plays Mahatma Gandhi. The cast also includes Bharat Dabholkar, Kaustub Savarkar, Mohan Azad, Dr Deepa Bhajekar, Mangesh Desai, and Sandip Jangam. The music is composed by the duo Sai-Piyush.
