Normals, stylized N O R M A L S, is an interdisciplinary studio of design and future studies based in Berlin.[1] The studio's work is primarily associated with design fiction and speculative design, focusing on creating practical representations of potential futures to support broader innovation strategies.[2] Normals employs a range of design techniques, with outputs including product prototypes,[3][4][5] immersive and interactive installations,[6] story-driven animations,[7] computer-generated imagery,[8] films,[9] books,[10] fictional public talks,[11][12] and participatory games.[13]
