Motown Gospel (formerly EMI Gospel) is a gospel music group operating under Universal Music Goup.
History
[edit]Motown Gospel is a renaming of EMI Gospel, which occured in early 2013. Similar to fellow gospel label, RCA Inspiration, being a rebranding of Verity Gospel Music Group, both labels in particular, are owned by maintream labels, offering those on the respective rosters to follow their preference of various styles in the broader gospel music
