Mostly heard rarely seen (MHRS for short) is a clothing brand and (self described) "high street fashion label created by Thomas Li. Li was born in Hong kong and raised in japan.[1] The brand sells online and also through a variety of distributors in north America, Asia, the middle east and Europe.[2]
