- Comment: The series may be notable, but the sourcing used is well short of the WP:GNG. Most of the sources are from Rotten Tomatoes scores which isn't quite supportive of WP:NFILM. [edit]In June of 2023, Mortal Kombat animation's official Twitter and Instagram account annouced an animated film to be released in 2024.[1][2] As of December 2024 there is no release date and no updates on the project.

[edit]Ninja Mime Trailer is a two-minute short film released on the Mortal Kombat Legends: Cage Match Blu-ray disc.[3] It serves as a trailer for the in-universe feature film starring Johnny Cage. It uses footage and Cage's (voiced by Joel McHale) dialog from Cage Match and has voiceover from an uncredited actor.
