Monkey Hill is an upcoming psychological thriller film directed by Sarah Adina Smith from her script based on the short story of the same name by Paul Theroux. It is starring Olivia Wilde and Gael Garcia Bernal.

In October 2024, it was announced that Sarah Adina Smith would direct the film from her own script from the Paul Theroux story of the same name. The film is produced by Mynette Louie for The Population and Neil Kopp, Vincent Savino, and Anish Savjani for Filmscience. Olivia Wilde and Gael Garcia Bernal lead the cast.^[1]
