This edition will mark the debut of Abkhazia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde[b], Comoros, Djibouti, Faroe Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Liechtenstein, Kurdistan, Kiribati, Malawi, Mali, Monaco, Mozambique Marshall Islands, North Korea, Northern Cyprus, Niger, Niue, Palestine, Qatar, Saba, Somalia, San Marino, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uganda.
