18 year old, Little Rock native and up and coming musical artist Misc [miscellaneous] is a self proclaimed Christian who has made it his mission to spread positive and good vibes throughout the rap community who tends to blend his genre of music which could be directly be credited to British-Amercian songwriter and producer MF DOOM, this genre of music is described by many as a older feel of music, created to almost revive the music seen used in the 1980's and late 1990's. Early Music Career Misc [miscellaneous] first began making music in 2020 by releasing his first song titled "Comeback" made with Khaozbeatz, this song however, has not been posted to misc's YouTube channel (linked here -->) youtube nor his spotify page spotify page,Misc also made some "joke beats" and other songs classified as early on in his career.
Uprise
Misc really began taking off after his hit singles "The Lighting Theif and Enter Miscellaneous) hit YouTube and Spotify in April 2024, Though "Enter Miscellaneous" was posted to Misc's Spotify in 2023.
Misc hadn't really gained a audience or any traction until he began marketing on TikTok, He began posted videos of himself seen posing with his now semi-icnoic sword, singing to his songs, One of these songs named "The Lighting Thief" gained a lot of attention due to its lyrics being connected to the book and TV series Percy Jackson with lines like, "But I'm Miscellaneous, Son of Poseidon" referring to Percy Jackson being the son of Poseidon and "Like Medusa's head, I'll sever it, make sure I'm taking aim" this is in reference to Percy Jackson decapitating Medusa in the book series.
Current State
As of August 30th and August 31st that this article is being written, Misc currently has released 8 singles, most recently releasing work titled "Obi Wan and Magna Carta" His current most listened to song is (mentioned earlier) "The Lighting Thief", Though his least listened to song came out August 29th 2024, named Obi Wan. As said in his own words, and I quote "He thanks everyone who has helped him so far and for years to come" Misc is a rising artist with the potential to rise to the top with the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Drake, and even some of his inspiration MF Doom.
