Manba Finance began its business operations as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in 1998 Mumbai, Maharashtra. Since 2009, it has expanded to include vehicle financing and now operates across 66 locations in six states.[3][4]
The company has more than 974 dealers, including over 60 EV dealers, in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh.[5]
In March 2024, Manba Finance filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to issue 12.57 million new shares to raise funds for raise funds through an Initial Public Offering (IPO).[6][7] On August 5, 2024, Manba Finance received approval from SEBI to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO).[8][9][10]
