Mahmoud Akot[1] is a South Sudanese political activist and the former spokesperson[2] for the National Democratic Movement (NDM)[3], a political party led by Dr. Lam Akol. Akot[4] has been actively involved in the country's political landscape[5], advocating for reform and democratic governance[6].
