Marina Linares (* 1967 in Cologne) is art historian, visual artist and author
She studied in Cologne, Munich and Hagen art history, philosophy, german language and literature, musicology, psychology and culture media (Ph.D. with dissertation on painting and music, B.Sc. B.A.). She publishes on art and culture in interdisciplinary perspective and publishes scientific essays and monographs, especially on contemporary art and colours. Her visual art started with painting and drawing up to spatial installations now. She wrote prose and poems, performed with music and sounds.
