Leonard von Bibra Sutton (December 21, 1914 – December 16, 2002)[1] was an associate justice of the Colorado Supreme Court from 1956 to 1968.
On February 20, 1968, the White House announced that President Lyndon B. Johnson would nominate Sutton to chair the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission.[2]
"Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court from 1956 to 1968. Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court 1960 and 1966. Appointed by President Lyndon Johnson as Chairman of the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission".[3]
"Preceded in death by his wife Janette Sutton".[3]
