Dino was born Lee Chan on February 11, 1999, in Iksan, North Jeolla, South Korea. He has been passionate about dance from a young age and was inspired by his father, who was also a dancer. Dino attended Seoul Broadcasting High School, where he honed his skills in performing arts. Dino debuted as a member of the South Korean boy group Seventeen (South Korean band)Seventeen on May 26, 2015. Seventeen (South Korean band)Seventeen is known for their self-producing concept, where members are actively involved in songwriting, choreographing, and other aspects of their music and performances. Dino is the youngest member of the group and is part of the Performance Unit which focuses on choreography and performance.
