Submission declined on 8 October 2024 by KylieTastic (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Leah Masal was born and raised in Portland, Connecticut. As a child, she enjoyed running, and later joined her middle school cross country team. Once she got to high school, Leah continued her running career, becoming captain of the team her senior year. Leah had a very busy senior year of high school, as she was also captain of the high school cheer team, and secretary of the student senate. Leah now attends Coastal Carolina University, where she is a current sophomore. In the spring of 2024, Leah's family moved from Connecticut to North Carolina, where they hope to retire in the coming years. Now, Leah travels back to her home in North Carolina for Jewish holidays, birthdays, and other special events. Although Leah is no longer on a cross country team in college, she still enjoys running on the trails behind her apartment almost every day. Leah would like to thank her high school cross country coach, Isha Murphy, for all he has done to keep up her passion for running.
