LINKS Europe is a Dutch not-for-profit think tank established in The Hague in 2019. It is part of the LINKS network that was set up in London on 14 July 1997. The network has extensive experience working in conflict regions, particularly in the design, development and delivery of confidence-building measures to prevent and resolve conflicts and to help consolidate peace processes.
