If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources. This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of films). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). Kold x Windy is an American Hood drama television series, is co-created by Kenny Young ("One Week"), Phil James ("Bachelors"), and Vernon "Xtreme" Brown (Raven Music) of Chalice Entertainment.[1] Notably Kold x Windy will mark a return of We TV into the scripted television space after many years, as the company believes the series is such a culturally relevant and timely story in today's culture.[2] The show premiered on ALLBLK on January 05, 2023.[3] The series is about the life of the female rap duo group, Kold x Windy, which navigates the dangers of the drill music game and the streets in Chicago. Their sisterhood is tested as one yearns for a better life and the other yearns for street credibility. The series stars Sh'Kia in the lead role. With the drama series' popularity AMC Networks' channel ALLBLK has chosen to renewed the drama series for a second season. The filming of the second season began in Atlanta, Georgia, in March 2024.[4] As of May 28, 2024 filming for the second season has wrapped up production.[5] The show has primarily been watched in the United States on ALLBLK. The series is produced by Chalice Entertainment and AMC Networks.[6]
