On the 21st of September 2024, 19 year-old Philipinne Le Noir de Carlan's body was found buried in the Bois de Boulogne, in Paris. The victim was raped and died from asphyxiation. Her murderer, a moroccan national, Taha Ouadarit, aged 22, was later caught in Switzerland^[1]
