Bella Mall (Chatham, Illinois)

Bella Mall is a Shopping Mall that opened on December 4, 1971 with Sears, Foley’s, JCPenney, and Lord & Taylor. In 1977, the mall was expanded for Kmart and 78 other stores.

In 2005, Foley’s Was Converted to Macy’s For Popularity at the Mall.

On November 11, 2018, It was announced that Sears Would be closing as part of plan to close 65 stores nationwide. This store temporarily closed on January 26, 2019. The Store reopened on October 2, 2019.

On October 8, 2019, It was announced that Lord & Taylor would be closing the store as 1 of 44 stores to close nationwide. It Permanently closed on January 3, 2020.

On November 8, 2022, Lord & Taylor became Dick’s Sporting Goods and added 7 more feet in the area.
