Kent Ng Kun Kwan

Kent Ng Kun Kwan (born June 16, 1986) is a Malaysian entrepreneur, educator, and certified training provider, known for his contributions to the training and education industry, particularly in Mandarin language training and entrepreneurial development. He is the founder and CEO of Kunkwan International Mandarin Training Centre and The KOL Academy Sdn Bhd.

Early Life and Education

Kent Ng completed his secondary education at Sekolah Menengah Hamid Khan Tapah Perak, earning his Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) in 2003. He later pursued pre-university studies at SMK Buyong Adil, obtaining the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) in 2004.

In 2023, he earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Genesis Academy in collaboration with Lincoln University and IEMD Graduate Business School Barcelona. Additionally, he obtained the Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (CTCSOL) from Crestar HSK Education & Assessment, Singapore.

Early Career

Kent Ng's career spans various industries, including tourism, sales, and fire prevention, before establishing himself in education and training:

· Salesman at Diamond Water Filter (2006–2007).

· Travel Consultant at Asia Baru Tour & Travel Sdn Bhd (2007–2008).

· General Manager at Fire Prevention Centre (2008–2013).

In 2013, he founded Kunkwan Sdn Bhd, a prominent institution specializing in Mandarin language training. His work expanded in 2021 with the establishment of The KOL Academy Sdn Bhd, focusing on training key opinion leaders (KOLs) and entrepreneurs.

As a certified HDRCorp training provider, Kent has over 15 years of experience in training and education, earning a reputation as a dynamic leader and innovator in the field.
